WE ARE RESUMING THIS BLOG FOR A SEASON

Discipleship-and-EvangelismThe Commission on Evangelism of the Eastern Regional Conference is absolutely to helping local churches advance their mission of evangelism and disciplemaking within their local context.  Information, inspiration and education are key components of making this happen.  We now have a field rep in John Yoder who is attempting direct contact with our churches and their leadership to accomplish the first–information.  We have a FACEBOOK page called ERC EVANGELISM AND CHURCH PLANTING to do the second– inspiration — and also provide information.  We have an on-line newsletter bridges to the Bridge which we email to a subscription list and is also every 3-4 weeks in PDF form with the ERC’s Keeping in Touch on-line newsletter.

We do have educational classes offered but since people still do a lot of their learning on-line we use this blog.  Longer articles, opportunities for comment and dialogue come with a blog–as we all as an archive for latter referral.

If you sign up for an email subscription or connect via Google subscriptions, this will come to you every time its published.  Between now and July 31 we will be posting every third day to see what response we get. – The Commission
